Refund policy.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received the item, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your must notify us via email about intent to return the item. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.You are responsible for shipping fees. No refunds on Tobacco products only Apparel.
A few items are exempt from being returned and are listed as such on the listing page.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs and payment processing fee are non refundable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. If the return request is rejected, the customer will be asked to cover for return shipping fees to ship the items back to the customer. If the fees is not paid within 30 days, returned items will be disposed.
